Booking Policy
Attending
Our meeting will take place on Zoom. A unique Zoom link will be generated and sent to you via email, it can be found in the confirmation emails and calendar invitations. You will also see this link on the booking confirmation page.
You can join via the Zoom app on your preferred device.
Rescheduling
If anything changes and you cannot attend, please use the link in the confirmation email to find a new timeslot (up until 24hrs before the scheduled meeting). Look for a message from "Futureative" with the subject "[Appointment Confirmed]".
Cancellation Policy
I am unable to reschedule appointments within 24hrs of the scheduled session. If you cannot make the meeting, email me at steve [at] futureative [dot] com as soon as possible.
Call Recording
Currently I do not record calls, but this may change in the future. If you would like to record your call just ask for recording permission at the beginning of the call. I ask that you keep your call recordings private and stored securely.
